Purloined of my personal hype holiday, E3 2022 dissolved into what became the scattered encumbrance of every game publisher and console, left to figure out how to hype games coming out, all in their own way. While there was a reveal season last month, it left me wanting as a gamer not often hyped about horror games, space games, and/or FPS games. But despite a confusing distribution and delivery of game reveals, I found five games that really got my eye lately, and to not my surprise, they are mostly indies.
